Lady with glowy sparkly hands

I did this on Valentine's Day.
Again so many things don't make sense. Especially Lady's continuous lack of eyes. And her weird improvised arms.
Had fun playing with the colours. Again! Heheh.

Fun part this wasn't meant to be so paint-lookish in first place. I think I'll post the reason why soon._{^{I hope.}}
I know one person would be at least itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny happy about it. :D
